• Reception of the file, verification, and acceptance by the reception agent at the citizen space.
• Study of the file and conducting a site visit.
• Presentation of the file to the Economic Affairs Commission.
• Issuance of the license to the applicant upon submission of the receipt of payment for the required fees.

• Request on plain paper signed by the applicant, including necessary information such as the concerned location, area, duration of occupancy, address, and justification of need.
• Clear examples or plans regarding the content, shape, and dimensions of the sign or text.
• Photos of the location.
• Copy of the tax identification card.
• Copy of the activity authorization.
• Copy of the insurance file.

• The license is mandatory for any equipment, sign, or writing, whether it is a public notice, an illuminated or non-illuminated panel, or an inscription on the facade of a shop or other, regardless of the subject.
• It is prohibited to install advertising equipment indicating a zone.
